1. How do I edit my credit card information?
On the upper right corner click on the person icon. This will take you to your account information where you will be able to make the appropriate changes. 
2. Do you have a rewards program?
Yes, we do offer a rewards program. The customer receives 5 points for every dollar spent. You receive some points upon signing up. There are also several other ways to earn points such as referring a friend or sharing on Facebook and Instagram.
3. How do I redeem my points?
Once you hit the threshold for your first reward you will be notified via email. You can use those points immediately or you can let them accumulate. 
4. Can I use my points to pay for shipping?
No
5. When will my order ship?
Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days from purchase date. (Business days are from Monday to Friday)
6. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 (Does not include taxes) 
7.Can I return an item?
You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return an item as long as it is not opened.
8. When will I receive my refund from a returned item?
Once we have received and evaluated the product the refund will be issued. Please allow up to 14 business days for it to show on your bank statement.
9. Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship in the U.S. and Internationally. Take a look at our list of available countries. International Shipping List
10. What do I do if an item arrives broken?
Please e-mail customerservice@keybeautymonthly.com with a photo of your broken item. In the subject line write Broken Item (current month). We will replace your item with the same product or something of equal price.
